Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 9/10/07

At Olansky Dermatology Associates we pride ourselves on providing a long tradition of high quality service and care to our valued patients for over twenty-six years.

To do this best, we reserve an appointment for each of our patients and offer confirmation calls at least forty-eight hours in advance.   Since we strive to meet all patient appointment requests, we ask that you keep your scheduled appointment time.  However, if you cannot, we will be glad to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

In order to release your reserved appointment to another patient, please call us at least 24 hours in advance at 404-355-5484 Monday – Friday between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment.

For Monday appointments, patients must notify us before 4:00 PM on Friday if they need to cancel or reschedule their reserved appointment.

We understand your schedule can change, but please let us know if it does.  For those patients who do not notify our office of a cancellation within the required time frame as outlined above, there will be a $50.00 fee.  This policy will be effective on 9/17/07.

This cancellation policy allows us to continue to serve our valued patients in the best manner possible.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
