Payment Policy
- All charges are reasonable and customary based on the RBRVS guidelines. All patients on an HMO or PPO plan are required to pay their designated co-payments at the time of service. Since we accept assignment with Medicare, these patients are not required to pay at the time of service, except when their yearly deductible has not been met. All other patients are required to pay at the time of their visit.
- For your convenience, we accept Cash, Checks, Debit Cards, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
